Volume I & II - Substantive Law Outlines
Published in two succinct volumes, the BarPassers substantive law outlines provide students with detailed black letter law for each subject tested on the California Bar Exam. Each individual outline presents the relevant legal principles in a logical format and with sufficient brevity to maximize the student's ability to comprehend and remember the most tested areas of law. They are comprehensive yet "user-friendly," incorporating internal editor's notes and hypotheticals, section pagination and a multi-level table of contents. They are also patterned after our flowcharts to ensure consistency with program lectures.

Chartbook
The BarPassers flowcharts provide students with a visual framework for learning substantive law and are an excellent tool for acquiring an overview of subject topics. They also assist with substantive law organization, issue spotting and exam outlining. The flowcharts are annotated by students during substantive law lectures and used during essay and multistate workshops to learn analytical approaches for each subject. They are also integrated with the substantive law outlines to provide repetition and reinforcement. The flowcharts are a critical component of every BarPassers law school and bar review program.

California Essay Workbook
This volume was designed to help students prepare for the essay portion of the California Bar Exam. Together with the materials update published for each bar review, BarPassers provides students with nearly 200 past bar exam essay questions with issue outlines, model answers and editor's notes. An exam frequency chart dating back to February 1989 is included to help students identify which subjects are most likely to be tested.

Multistate Practice Questions Workbook
The BarPassers multistate volume contains almost 2000 MBE practice questions. Some questions are taken from actual exams released by the National Conference of Bar Examiners and re-published as is. Other questions are rewritten by the BarPassers faculty for instructional purposes. Detailed explanatory answers provide students with overview of the relevant substantive law and test-taking strategy. Two full-length multistate bar exams and answers are included for simulation at home.

Multistate Software
This internet based, state of the art, interactive multistate practice software contains an additional 2200 practice questions with explanatory answers. It features an artificial intelligence system that diagnoses strengths and weaknesses within each subject so that study sessions can be tailored to address individual needs. The multistate practice software is only accessible during the review course you are registered in and it will time out at the conclusion of the bar exam.

California Performance Test Workbook
The Performance Test Workbook contains detailed instructional materials and attack plans for the performance test section, including nine past exams with model answers. Five exams are used in the BarPassers performance test workshops for instructional purposes and to illustrate the attack plans. Four additional exams with model answers are included for practice at home. A summary of each performance test question from July 1990 to present is included to help students identify the types of questions most likely to be tested.

California Course Materials & Simulated Bar Exam
The Course Materials volume contains our in-class workshop materials, including a representative sampling of past bar exam essay and multistate questions to illustrate exam approaches, frequently tested issue areas, and crossover questions. This comprehensive workbook also contains materials for the 3-day Simulated Bar Exam included with the Bar Review Course and Tutorial Program.

Home Study Program
The BarPassers programs are available on iPod® or audio CD for enrollees who wish to begin preparing early or are unable to attend one of our regularly scheduled course locations. Home study programs contain the same lectures, workshops and materials as students attending classes.

Tutorial Binder
The Tutorial Binder contains our specially designed tutorial workshop materials for use in the small group interactive tutorial sessions. Extra essay exams are also included for in-class testing and at-home simulation.

Multistate Professional Responsibility Review (MPRE) Volume
The professional responsibility volume contains a detailed outline of the substantive material tested on the MPRE, including the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the ABA Model Code of Judicial Conduct. Four practice exams with answers are also included for simulation at home.

Baby Bar Review Volume
This volume contains instructional materials for both the written and multiple-choice portion of the Baby Bar exam, including flowcharts and subject-specific skills and techniques workshops for each subject tested on the exam. Additional essay and multiple-choice questions are also included for practice at home.
