2. Volume I - Multistate Subjects
   Contains detailed substantive law outlines for all 1L subjects including Torts & Torts Remedies, Contracts & Contracts Remedies, Real Property, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Evidence.



3. Volume II - California Subjects
   Contains detailed substantive law outlines for upper-level subjects including Wills, Trusts, Community Property, Business Associations (Corporations, Agency, Partnership & LLC), Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility.



4. Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) Review
   For students taking the March, August or November MPRE, BarPassers offers a 4-hour review lecture with lecture handout, substantive law outline and four 60-question practice exams with explanatory answers. Please contact us 4 -6 weeks prior to your MPRE to request materials. The MPRE review is only available on audio CD for Home Study.

5. Review Lectures/Flowcharts

   Each review package contains a 3.5 to 9 hour hour lecture and flowchart handout. The flowcharts are designed to be used with the review lectures to give students a visual framework for learning and organizing the law. They are an excellent tool for developing an issue-spotting approach and help to simplify exam outlining.



6. Exam Writing Workshops
   Exam writing workshop lectures are available on audio CD for most 1L required courses, including Criminal Law, Torts, Contracts, Real Property and Civil Procedure. Each 3-hr workshop lecture highlights frequently tested issues of law, reviews an issue-spotting approach and explains how to properly develop and organize an answer. BarPassers includes several practice exams and model answers in each exam writing workshop package and with our Baby Bar Review program. If you would like to have these exams graded by a member of our academic staff, you can do so by downloading an order form and faxing it along with your exams to (310)451-0142. You can also mail your exams to the address below. Your exams will be given a score and written evaluation and returned to you within 7-10 days of receipt. Additional charges apply.
